We learned that winning sales transcends the organization. Every part of the organization has the opportunity to impact sales, not just the sales department. Philippe taught us to greatly expand the information exchanged when engaging potential customers. He worked with every individual involved in the process to experience the positive impact our new selling tools could generate. He also served as a coach to teach us the behavior changes that would help us transform and grow the company. As an advisor, Philippe provided me with objective, unbiased feedback about realities of the market, our approach and our organization. His engaging style helped me more clearly think through strategic and tactical issues.

What benefits did you secure and results achieved with your work with Philippe?
We developed new sales processes and began to engage potential customers differently. The process was building momentum when the recession hit. Our work with Philippe helped us quickly look at new opportunities. Another benefit was the confidence we had in our plans.
